My Highlighter Palettes - My Makeup Stash
In my makeup collection i have a rather large selection of highlighter palettes, some i love and some not so much. I do tend to reach more for a single highlighter but in these there is some really pretty shades. I will leave pics of all the ones that are mentioned down below. Hope you enjoy and please it would mean a lot if everyone could below my blog. :)
Revolution Pro 4K Highlighter Palette
This is such a lovely looking palette. The shades are super blinding, they are a bit glittery but that doesn't bother me as they are so pretty. There is a great selection of shades that all work really well for my skin tone. They have now reformulated these palettes so that they aren't as glittery and chunky, as that was one thing that everyone didn't like about them.
Urban Decay After Glow Highlighter Palette
I received this palette for Christmas last year now and it is so pretty. when i first looked at it i thought that it would be to dark for me as i am quite pale but it actually works really well they can sometimes be slightly to dark but if i go in with a light hand then its absolutely fine. The shades are super blinding and give a really nice glow to the cheeks.
Revolution Ultra Pro Glow
I had been wanting to try this palette for ages but when i saw that it was on offer for £5 in superdrug i went and bought it straight away. There is a great selection of shades in this palette and they all work really well for my skin tone minus 1 or 2 for being slightly to dark. They are super blinding and just blend like butter on the cheeks.
Revolution Strobe Lighting Palette
I received this palette in a free gift when i spent so much on the Superdrug website. They are more of a subtle highlighters but you can definitely build them up to give a more blinding glow. They are a more baked formula but they are still super pretty.
Revolution Soph X Highligter Palette
This is definitely my most favourite highlighter palette in my collection and it is one of the ones that i reach for the most. i this SophDoesNails did an amazing job with this palette and all of the shades are amazing and there is also a great variety of shades for all skin tones. There is 2 different finishes of baked and pressed highlighter and they are all so pigmented.
Sleek Makeup Solstice Highlighting Palette
This is such an iconic highlighter palette pretty much world wide. There is one cream shade which i don't really reach for but the rest are powder shades and they are so pigmented and blinding and i reach for them very often. i received this palette in the boots Christmas sale along with a lipstick for £7 which is an amazing price as on its own it retails for around £10.
MUA Prism Jelly Highlighter In Light Spark
This isn't a highlighter palette that i reach for to often only really when I'm wanting a natural highlight, which is almost never. They are pretty shades but they just don't pick up well on the brush. maybe its because of the texture as it does feel like putty (like the Stila ones).
I Heart Revolution Chocolate Elixir Glow Duo Highlighting Powder
This highlighter duo looks so pretty in the pan as though it is going to be blinding. It does swatch and go on a bit glittery but when on the cheeks it just doesn't go on as you think its going to. It is really subtle. I do try to use it quite a lot but i always end up going in with another one.
Revlon Sunlit Dream 002 Highlighting Palette
I bought this palette when it was first released as i thought it just looked so pretty. The shades all work really well for my skin tone. They are super blinding and all give a really nice glow to the cheeks. definitely a one that i reach for a lot.
Revolution Pro HD Amplified Palette In Glow Getter
This palette is so gorgeous and is definitely a dupe of a certain Ofra highlighter palette. They are all so pretty and there is only about 2 that don't really work for my skin tone but i find other ways to incorporate them. I do need to reach for this more than i do i just don't keep it in my highlighter draw as it is rather large.
