Review: March 2019 Glossybox

This month glossy box want to inspire you to chase your dreams with this edit of 5 fabulous makeup, skincare and haircare products created by innovative and go-getting entrepreneurs. This months box includes 4 full size items and 1 deluxe mini. This whole box retails for £50.30. This box is inspired by empowering women.

Bella Pierre Kiss proof Lip Crème
There was a couple of shades you could receive of this product and unfortunately for me between a few nude shades i received the only shade that i wouldn't wear. So i passed it on to my nana as she loves the pink kind of purple shades and i asked her to tell me what it was like. The colour is a really nice shade and she really did suit the colour, she said that it was really comfortable to wear and didn't dry her lips out like most matte ones do. This product retails for £20 which i do think is quite reasonable as some out there are far more expensive.
What this product claims; This full coverage, high impact liquid lipstick has a creamy formula that glides on effortlessly and dries instantly for a gorgeous matte finish. Lasts all day without needing any touch ups.

Bybi Plumper Lip Balm
When i first tried this product i didn't really notice a difference with it but give it a minute and it really does start to tingle a little bit. It has a really creamy thick formula that it defiantly very different to other lip plumper's that i have tried in the past. It does contain a hot of peppermint and chilli which does give it a strange smell but that goes away once on the lips. This product retails for £9 which i do think is a great price.
What this product claims; Boasting a thick and creamy formula, this plumping lip balm restores and protects dry lips, leaving them soft, smooth and healthy. It also contains a hint of peppermint and capsicum that plump your pout and enhance the natural shape of your lips.

Laritzy Cosmetics Dew Pot
Liquid and cream highlighters isn't something that i usually get along with, as my foundation is always matte they never blend out and usually end up taking my base of with it. When i first tried this product i found that it was very creamy and i found that if i swirl my finger in the pot it kind of warms up to product a bit then apply it with my fingers to my cheek bones and gives such a gorgeous glow and i definitely get why they call it a dew pot. I even tried to wear this on it own just on the high points of my face and i love how it looked. This product retails for £15.30 which i do think is a bit more expensive but for the amount of product you get it do get the price as it will last you ages.
What this product claims; This smooth and blendable highlighter provides a dewy radiance that lasts all day. Its formulated with ultrafine shimmer that accentuates your features and enhances all skin tones.

Essence You Better Work Gym Proof Primer
I have always loved the brand essence and i have been using them for years now and they are one of my favourites to use so when i saw that there was going to be an essence product in this months box i was rather excited. What was included for me was a primer from their gym proof range, which to be honest i would wear makeup to the gym but i did try this out for work and my makeup stayed on so much longer around my t zone. It does come out blue which i quite like as it is quite different, it blends in so easily and moisturizes the skin while still making it matte. It does claim to blur the skin which i did notice that it did which i do like it a primer. This product retails or £3.50 which essence is just so incredibly affordable but their products are just so amazing.
What this product claims; Feel empowered to hit the gym with this sweat-proof primer. Its lightweight formula balances redness and blurs imperfections. use it on its own, or apply it under your makeup to fix and protect it during even the most rigorous workouts.

Lavera Basis Sensitive All-round Cream
Now i have never heard of this brand before and i do this that it is more of a smaller brand, which i do like that gloss box do support more smaller brands. i wasn't to sure how to use this product but i put it on of my dry patches of my skin and it moisturised them pretty much over night. It is quite a thick formula but doesn't make your skin look really greasy like other thick creams that i have tried. It does smell amazing as it has organic shea butter and organic almond. This product for the full size retails for £7.95 which for a 150ml tub is very very reasonable.
What this product claims; Your going to love this all natural, organic moisturiser! it blends nourishing shea butter and almond to protect, soften and smooth skin. better yet, its multi purpose and suitable for all skin types, so you can apply it to your face and body. Its particularly effective on dry heels, elbows and knees.
