REVIEW: August 2019 Glossybox

This months glossy box is all about their birthday, with an explosion of pink sparkles and plenty of glitter. This august they hosted a global birthday bash and everyone was invited which is amazing! as their honoured party guests, they treated everyone to a special design glittery pink box filled with two dramatic and shimmery makeup products, a gorgeous rose gold beauty tool, indulgent body care and pampering skin care. There is 4 full size products in this box and 1 deluxe size products. The box retails for £55.

Huda Beauty Lip Strobe -

I have received a few Huda Beauty products now in previous boxes and i have always loved them. I love lip gloss so i was quite happy to see this in here and it is so gorgeous on giving an iridescent finish. you can apply this over a lipstick or just wear it on its own for a gorgeous shimmery look. I have never really owned or wore anything like a lip strobe before but i love the way that it looks on. This product retails for £17.
What this product claims; Boasting pink shimmers and gold reflections, you can apply the universal gloss straight onto your lips for a full coverage and iridescent finish, or wear it over your favourite lipstick for added shine. you can receive 1 of 4 shades.


Fur Lashes Rose Gold Lash Curler -


I have never really used eyelash curlers before as i never thought that they really did anything. but i have started using these before putting mascara on and it makes so much difference that i never really knew i needed. i leave them on my lashes for around 10 seconds and then apply my mascara and my lashes just look so much more lifted and curled.  This product retails for £15.
What this product claims; It's unique curve fits all eye shapes and effortlessly lifts your lashes. simply clamp the curler around your lashes near the root, hold it down for 10 seconds, and voila, longer and curlier-looking lashes.






Wilkinson Sword Quattro Women's Razor -


I have been using this razor for years now so i was quite glad to see that i received another one in this months box. Glides along so easily and they are enriched with aloe vera and vitamin E so its smooth when shaving and giving you silky soft legs in no time. This razor retails for £6 which i think is so affordable as some can be so expensive.
What this product claims; Featuring a pivoting head and 4 blades that are enriched with aloe vera and vitamin E, this high performance razor glides effortlessly over your curves without the risk of nicks and cuts. Quick, easy and effective.





Bang Beauty Felt Tip Liner -

I love trying new liquid liners and this one has definitely become a new favourite. it glides on so easily and is one of the blackest liners i have tried. it has such a fine tip which makes it super easy o get such a fine flick. lasts so well throughout the day and doesn't smudge. This product retails for £15.75.
What this product claims; This liquid liner boasts a waterproof and quick drying formula that will stay put all night long! better yet, its thin, precise and marker like tip glides on effortlessly without skipping, smudging or pulling.




Beauty Pro Eye Therapy -

I have actually tried these before and loved them then, They are more of a sheet for your under eyes than the usual gel like ones and i feel like they stay on so much easier and don't slide down your face. They left my under eyes feeling so hydrated and smooth and there definitely looked like a difference in my eyes. The full size of this product retails for £4.95 which is super affordable.
What this product claims; This cooling mask awakens your eyes, rich in inflammatory green tea extract, hydrating aloe vera and nourishing marine based collagen. it reduces the appearance of wrinkles and dark circles, while also brightening tired and swollen eyes. simply apply to cleansed skin and leave for around 20 minutes.

So i know that nearly everyone will have their favourite makeup items that are a staple in their summer makeup bag and that they use every summer and swear by. So here is a list of my favourite summer staple beauty products that i couldn't recommend enough and that i use every summer without fail. Morphe 35M Boss Mood Artistry Eyeshadow Palette Review & Swatches

I've found that when it comes to Morphe you either love them or you don't. I haven't tried to many items from Morphe before, but what i have tried i have always loved the quality of. I think their quality and price point is like no other, £23 for a 35 pan eyeshadow palette is incredible. So Morphe are always releasing new palettes but not many of them have ever really caught my eye before until the 35m boss mood artistry palette, It's so gorgeous. The pan size of the shadows are huge you defiantly get a lot included inside and would last you ages. What drew me to this palette to begin with was all of the green shades included, in my collection i don't have any other palettes that have the same shade range as this, so that is why i bought it, and mainly because i fell in love with the glitter infused metallic shades which instantly give a gorgeous effect.
